Who We are

Delhi Institute of Management & Services was founded in 1970 as a professional body dedicated to the development of human resources in India. The Institute has set for itself the following objectives.

MISSION

Is to recruit responsible people in respect of vacancy and company needs. We helps the Clients to save time, money & infrastructure and tries to locate or Train the suitable Candidates to match the Job profile required by the Companies.

OBJECTIVE

(a) To promote professional management by training men and women in Modern scientific management.

(b) To offer consultancy in various functional areas of business & industry.

(c) To reduce unemployment by providing job oriented courses & well Self Employ.
(d) To assist companies in recruitment and selection of personnel.
(e) To promote productivity in business, industry and government.
(f ) To help the industry automation through Software development.

During this period the institute has made remarkable progress. Our Institute has trained over 4,00,000 people in various areas of management, Computer, Technical and other professional Courses. About 80% of these persons have either found useful employment or have improved their prospectus in company where they are employed. Ministry of Defence has retained us to conduct various training courses for the retired and retiring personnel. More than 1,20,000 Defence Personnel have been sponsored so far.

Our Business

Delhi Institute of Management & Services has been retained by the top Public Sector Organizations like: Bharat Petroleum Ltd., ECIC, NHPC, HIL and STC to conduct various examinations for fresh appointments as well as departmental promotions. Top Public Sector Organizations like EIL, IOC, and MMTC etc. have retained us to conduct Apprenticeship Act Scheme of the Government of the India.
